Understanding the Services List

Each service in the list represents a transportation route assigned to you or your child.

What Each Service Shows

Status Indicator Shows if the service is currently active
Location Icon Indicates this is a trackable route

Route Names

Route names are set by your transportation provider and typically indicate:

  • The route number or identifier
  • Morning (pickup) vs. afternoon (drop-off)
  • The school or company name
  • The area or neighborhood served

Example names:

  • "Route 15 - Morning"
  • "Lincoln Elementary - PM"
  • "North District Pickup"

Services have different statuses that tell you what's happening:

When Services Become Active

  • Morning routes activate when the driver starts the pickup route
  • Afternoon routes activate when the driver starts the drop-off route

To manually refresh the services list:

  1. Pull down on the list
  2. A loading indicator appears
  3. The list updates with the latest information

The app also automatically refreshes every 10 seconds in the background.

Identifying Your Services

Look at the route names to identify which service is which. If you're unsure, contact your transportation provider for clarification.

When No Services Appear

If you see a message instead of services:

"You have not yet been assigned to a shuttle"

This means:

  1. Your transportation provider hasn't added you to a route yet
  2. Your registration may be pending
  3. There may be a data entry issue

What To Do

  1. Wait - assignment may be in progress
  2. Look for a contact number displayed on screen
  3. Tap the WhatsApp button if available to contact your provider
  4. Verify your phone number is registered correctly
