App Installation
This guide walks you through installing the RouteBot mobile app on your iOS or Android device.
Supported Devices
RouteBot Mobile is available for:

Installing on iOS (iPhone/iPad)
From the App Store
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap the Search tab at the bottom
- Search for "RouteBot" or "Servistesin"
- Find the RouteBot app in the results
- Tap Get (or the cloud download icon if previously installed)
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
- Wait for the download and installation to complete
- Tap Open or find the app on your home screen
Troubleshooting iOS Installation
"Cannot Download App"
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure you have enough storage space
- Sign out and back into your Apple ID
"App Not Compatible"
- Verify your device meets the minimum iOS version
- Update your iOS in Settings > General > Software Update
Installing on Android
From Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
- Tap the search bar at the top
- Search for "RouteBot" or "Servistesin"
- Find the RouteBot app in the results
- Tap Install
- Accept any permission requests during installation
- Wait for the download and installation to complete
- Tap Open or find the app in your app drawer
From Alternative Sources
If you received an APK file or installation link directly:
- Enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your device settings
- Navigate to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources
- Download the APK file
- Open the downloaded file
- Tap Install and follow the prompts
Note: Only install from sources provided directly by your transportation provider or RouteBot.
Troubleshooting Android Installation
"Download Pending"
- Check your internet connection
- Clear the Play Store cache (Settings > Apps > Play Store > Clear Cache)
- Restart your device
"App Not Installed"
- Ensure you have enough storage space
- Try uninstalling previous versions first
- Check that the APK is not corrupted
After Installation
Once installed, you'll see the RouteBot app icon on your home screen. The app will display a splash screen on first launch while it loads.
First Launch
- Tap the RouteBot app icon to open it
- The app will load with a splash screen
- You'll be taken to the login screen
- Follow the Login Guide to sign in
App Updates
RouteBot is regularly updated with new features and improvements.
Automatic Updates (Recommended)
iOS:
- Go to Settings > App Store
- Enable "App Updates" under Automatic Downloads
Android:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon > Settings
- Tap Network Preferences > Auto-update apps
- Choose your preferred option
Manual Updates
If you prefer to update manually:
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
- Search for RouteBot
- If an update is available, tap Update
Tip: Keep the app updated to ensure you have the latest features, security patches, and bug fixes.
Storage Requirements
The RouteBot app requires approximately:
- Initial Download: ~50-100 MB
- After Installation: ~100-150 MB
The app caches some data locally for performance but does not store large amounts of data on your device.
Uninstalling the App
If you need to uninstall RouteBot:
iOS:
- Press and hold the app icon
- Tap "Remove App" or the minus icon
- Confirm by tapping "Delete App"
Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps > RouteBot
- Tap Uninstall
- Confirm the uninstallation
Note: Uninstalling the app will remove all local settings. Your account remains active and you can reinstall at any time.
