App Installation

The mobile companion app for RouteBot is listed in the App Store and Google Play as Servistesin. Install Servistesin, then sign in with the phone number registered by your transportation provider in RouteBot.

Supported Devices

Servistesin is available for:

The iOS requirement was checked against the official App Store listing on October 6, 2026. Store requirements can change; check the current listing before installing.

For Android, open Servistesin in Google Play on the device you plan to use and check whether the current release is available to install.

Installing on iOS (iPhone/iPad)

From the App Store

  1. Open Servistesin in the App Store. If searching manually, search for Servistesin.
  2. Tap Get (or the cloud download icon if previously installed)
  3. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
  4. Wait for the download and installation to complete
  5. Tap Open or find the app on your home screen

Troubleshooting iOS Installation

"Cannot Download App"

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure you have enough storage space
  • Sign out and back into your Apple ID

"App Not Compatible"

  • Verify your device meets the minimum iOS version
  • Update your iOS in Settings > General > Software Update

Installing on Android

From Google Play

  1. Open Servistesin in Google Play. If searching manually, search for Servistesin.
  2. Tap Install
  3. Accept any permission requests during installation
  4. Wait for the download and installation to complete
  5. Tap Open or find the app in your app drawer

From Alternative Sources

If you received an APK file or installation link directly:

  1. Enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your device settings
  2. Navigate to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources
  3. Download the APK file
  4. Open the downloaded file
  5. Tap Install and follow the prompts

Note: Only install from sources provided directly by your transportation provider or RouteBot.

Troubleshooting Android Installation

"Download Pending"

  • Check your internet connection
  • Clear the Play Store cache (Settings > Apps > Play Store > Clear Cache)
  • Restart your device

"App Not Installed"

  • Ensure you have enough storage space
  • Try uninstalling previous versions first
  • Check that the APK is not corrupted

After Installation

Once installed, look for Servistesin on your home screen or in your app drawer. The app will display a splash screen on first launch while it loads.

First Launch

  1. Tap the app icon to open it
  2. The app will load with a splash screen
  3. You'll be taken to the login screen
  4. Follow the Login Guide to sign in

App Updates

Updates to the RouteBot mobile companion are published under the Servistesin store listing.

Automatic Updates (Recommended)

iOS:

  1. Go to Settings > App Store
  2. Enable "App Updates" under Automatic Downloads

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon > Settings
  3. Tap Network Preferences > Auto-update apps
  4. Choose your preferred option

Manual Updates

If you prefer to update manually:

  1. Open Servistesin in the App Store or Servistesin in Google Play
  2. If an update is available, tap Update

Tip: Keep the app updated to ensure you have the latest features, security patches, and bug fixes.

Storage Requirements

The Servistesin app requires approximately:

  • Initial Download: ~50-100 MB
  • After Installation: ~100-150 MB

The app caches some data locally for performance but does not store large amounts of data on your device.

Uninstalling the App

If you need to uninstall the mobile app, look for Servistesin:

iOS:

  1. Press and hold the app icon
  2. Tap "Remove App" or the minus icon
  3. Confirm by tapping "Delete App"

Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Servistesin
  2. Tap Uninstall
  3. Confirm the uninstallation

Note: Uninstalling the app will remove all local settings. Your account remains active and you can reinstall at any time.
