Welcome to the RouteBot mobile application, your companion for real-time transportation tracking. Whether you're a parent monitoring your child's school bus, an employee tracking your company shuttle, or a driver managing routes, RouteBot Mobile provides everything you need at your fingertips.
What is RouteBot Mobile?
RouteBot Mobile is the companion app for the RouteBot transportation management platform. Install it from the App Store or Google Play. It provides:
- Real-time vehicle tracking - See exactly where your bus or shuttle is on a live map
- Arrival notifications - Get notified when your vehicle is approaching
- Driver contact information - Quickly reach your driver when needed
- Route information - View pickup times, driver details, and vehicle information
If your phone number is a manager account, the same app opens a fleet map instead. That screen is covered in Manager Fleet View.
Who is This App For?
Parents and Guardians
If your child uses school bus transportation, RouteBot Mobile helps you:
- Track your child's school bus in real-time on a map
- Receive notifications when the bus is approaching your stop
- View estimated pickup and drop-off times
- Contact the driver directly from the app
- Know when your child has arrived at school
Employees and Personnel
If you use company shuttle services, RouteBot Mobile helps you:
- Track your company shuttle on a live map
- See when the shuttle will arrive at your stop
- View your assigned pickup and drop-off locations
- Get notifications about shuttle arrivals
- Contact the driver if needed

Drivers
If you're a driver operating transportation services, RouteBot Mobile helps you:
- Start and manage pickup and drop-off routes
- See all passenger locations on a map
- Record passengers who did not board and review attendance before departure
- Share GPS positions that trigger approach and arrival notifications; confirm departure and record absences from the passenger list
- Navigate to stops using Google Maps integration
- Complete the route-end vehicle check and scan the vehicle QR code on routes using this step
