Stops-Based vs. Address-Based

Your service may work in two ways:

Stops-Based Service

You're assigned to a predefined stop:

  • Common pickup point (like a metro station)
  • Central location for efficiency
  • Multiple employees use the same stop

Address-Based Service

The shuttle comes to your personal address:

  • Your home location
  • Individual pickup/drop-off
  • Less common for personnel services

Checking Your Stop

Your assigned stop appears in the service details:

  • Open the service
  • Go to Shuttle Info tab
  • Your stop location is shown

Pull to Refresh

To manually refresh the services list:

  1. Pull down on the list
  2. A loading indicator appears
  3. The list updates with the latest information
  4. Release when done

Services automatically refresh every 10 seconds.

Tapping on a Service

When you tap a service, you open the detailed tracking view:

  • Map Tab - Live map with vehicle location
  • Shuttle Info Tab - Driver and service details

See Personnel Tracking for details.

Shift-Based Services

If your company uses shift-based scheduling:

How Shift Services Work

  1. Your employer assigns you to a shift
  2. Services are created for that shift
  3. Your services list shows shift-relevant services
  4. When shifts change, your services may update

Multiple Shift Services

You may see:

  • Services for your current shift
  • Potentially services for multiple shifts if assigned

Shift Changes

When your shift changes:

  • Services may update automatically
  • You may receive a notification (if enabled)
  • Check your services list for updates

When No Services Appear

If you see a message instead of services:

"You have not yet been assigned to a shuttle"

This means:

  1. Your employer hasn't added you to a service yet
  2. Your registration may be pending
  3. There may be a data issue

What To Do

  1. Contact your HR department
  2. Verify your phone number is registered correctly
  3. Use the contact information shown in the app
  4. Wait for your employer to complete the assignment

Service Visibility

What affects which services you see:

Factor Effect
Company assignment Only see services for your company
Shift assignment May only see shift-relevant services
Active status Services must be active to appear
Your registration Must be properly registered
