Driver Route List
The Services screen shows all routes assigned to you as a driver. This guide explains how to understand and navigate your route list.
Accessing Your Routes
- Open the RouteBot app
- Make sure you're on the Services tab (location pin icon)
- You'll see all routes assigned to you
Understanding the Route List
Each route in the list shows:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Route Name | The identifier for the route |
| Route Type | Pickup (Toplama) or Drop-off (Dağıtma) |
| Status Indicator | Current state of the route |
| Location Icon | Indicates it's a trackable route |
Route Display Format
Routes typically display as:
[Route Name] - [Type]
Examples:
- "Route 15 - Pickup"
- "North District - Drop-off"
- "Morning Shuttle - Toplama"
Route Types Explained
Pickup Routes (Toplama - Type 100)
- Direction: From homes/stops to school/company
- Purpose: Collect passengers for morning commute
- Flow: Visit each stop, pick up passengers, end at destination
Drop-off Routes (Dağıtma - Type 200)
- Direction: From school/company to homes/stops
- Purpose: Return passengers after school/work
- Flow: Attendance at start, then deliver to each stop
Route Status
Each route has a status indicated visually:
| Status | Meaning | What You Can Do |
|---|---|---|
| Not Started | Route hasn't begun today | Start the route |
| Active (Going) | Pickup route in progress | Manage passengers, complete route |
| At School/Company | Taking attendance (drop-off) | Mark attendance, leave when ready |
| Active (Returning) | Drop-off route in progress | Manage passengers, complete route |
| Completed | Route finished for today | Cannot restart today |
Vehicle Routes vs. Personnel Services
You may have both types:
Vehicle Routes (Student Transportation)
- School bus routes
- Student passengers
- Parents receive notifications
- May have morning and afternoon pairs
Personnel Services (Employee Transportation)
- Company shuttle routes
- Employee passengers
- Employees receive notifications
- May be shift-based
Both appear in the same list but are handled appropriately.
Tapping on a Route
When you tap a route, you open the route management screen with three tabs:

|---|---|
| Service | Passenger list, start/stop buttons, actions |
| Map | View all stops and your location on map |
| Passengers | Contact information for passengers/parents |
Pull to Refresh
To manually refresh your routes:
- Pull down on the list
- Loading indicator appears
- List updates
- Release when done
Routes also refresh automatically every few seconds.
Route Sorting
Routes are sorted for convenience:
- Routes starting with "3" or "2" may appear before "0"
- Alphabetical within groups
- Active routes may be highlighted
Multiple Routes
You may have several routes assigned:
- Morning pickup route
- Afternoon drop-off route
- Multiple routes for different schools/areas
- Personnel services in addition to student routes
Managing Multiple Routes
- Only work one route at a time
- Complete current route before starting another
- Each route tracks independently
When Routes Don't Appear
If you don't see expected routes:
- Pull to refresh - Update the list
- Check assignment - Confirm with your administrator
- Verify login - Ensure you're on the correct account
- Contact support - If routes should appear but don't
Route Details at a Glance
Before tapping into a route, you can see:
- Route name and type
- Current status
- General availability
Tap for full details including passenger list and map.
Best Practices
Before Your Shift
- Open the app early
- Verify your routes are visible
- Check for any changes
- Ensure phone is charged
Knowing Your Routes
- Familiarize yourself with route names
- Know which is pickup vs. drop-off
- Understand the order of your routes
Communication
- Report missing routes promptly
- Notify administrator of issues
- Keep your information updated
